At CrossView Realty, we put our commission structure on the table—no games, no guessing. You’ll know exactly how you’re paid before you sign on and every time you close a deal. If other brokerages can’t give you the same clear answer, you have to ask yourself… why not?
We know that being upfront might cause some agents to cross us off their list immediately, and that’s fine. We are in the process of revamping our commission tiers to better align with the teams our agents are building. Tier 1, 2, and 3 are updated - we are working to have the others updated by October 7th.

Tier 1: Zillow Flex Team

Our Tier 1 Zillow Flex Team is for agents ready to commit to real estate as a full-time career—not a part-time side gig. This program moves fast, delivers results, and comes with high expectations. To stay in the program, every agent must hit specific performance metrics, follow the proven system, and fully engage with the team.
You’ll receive high-quality buyer and seller leads from Zillow, Realtor, Google, social media, and other top platforms—but you must be ready to do the work: respond quickly, follow up relentlessly, and convert leads into clients and referrals.
As a Tier 1 agent, you’ll have full access to all of the systems, tools, and resources we use, so you can focus on converting leads and serving clients without having to figure out the tech, processes, or platforms on your own.
This program is a great fit if you’re:
Newly licensed or an existing agent looking for structure, support, and consistent results
Committed to full-time real estate, with the focus and availability to work leads promptly and effectively

Tier 4: Partnership Model

Our Tier 4 Program is designed exclusively for two-person partnerships—whether that’s a husband-and-wife duo, family members, or business partners—who want to grow their real estate business together while being part of a collaborative, values-driven brokerage. This tier is not for growing a larger team. If your goal is to build beyond two people, you’ll need to explore Tier 5 or Tier 6 options.
To qualify, your partnership must be experienced, with a combined total of at least 24 homes closed in the last 12 months. Tier 4 agents generate their own business and do not receive company-provided leads. Access to our systems, tools, and resources is not included in this tier but can be added a la carte if desired. This program also includes a commission cap, so you keep more of your earnings after reaching that threshold each year.
While you’ll operate independently, you’re still expected to align with our core values, participate in team training, and commit to excellence in every client interaction. You’ll have the benefit of working alongside your partner while still engaging with a supportive team environment.
This program is a great fit if you’re:
A two-person partnership (husband-and-wife, family members, or business partners)
Experienced, with a combined total of 24+ homes closed in the last 12 months
Aligned with our core values, putting integrity, collaboration, and client service first
Committed to excellence in your business and willing to continue learning and improving

Tier 5: Mega Teams

Our Tier 7 Program is designed for mega teams—large, established groups of 13+ people—led by a rainmaker agent whose business is fully self-sufficient. At this level, the team operates as a complete, independent unit, capable of generating and servicing all its own business without relying on the brokerage for systems or operational support.
Tier 7 is for the rainmaker who has built a thriving organization—one that could easily stand alone as its own brokerage—but chooses to remain part of the CrossView Realty family for the community, culture, and brand alignment.
These teams maintain their own systems and infrastructure, while still having access to training, events, and networking opportunities through the brokerage. The rainmaker is responsible for leading their team, ensuring all members uphold CrossView’s core values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence. Any unlicensed staff is paid directly by the rainmaker, while all licensed agents are paid through the brokerage.

A rainmaker agent leading a team of 13+ people
Fully self-sufficient, with your own systems, tools, and lead generation in place
Experienced in managing a large-scale, high-production real estate team
Aligned with our core values, even while operating independently

Choosing community over independence, preferring to stay connected to the CrossView brand and network

Tier 2: Company Leads

Our Tier 2 Program is designed for agents who want to build their real estate career with the benefit of company-provided leads—while keeping more flexibility in their schedule than the Zillow Flex Team allows. You’ll work leads from Google, social media, and other platforms (excluding Zillow Flex) and have more freedom to manage your time, while still being part of a collaborative, growth-focused team.
As a Tier 2 agent, you’ll have full access to all of the systems, tools, and resources we use—so you can focus on serving clients and growing your business without having to figure everything out on your own.
While this program offers more scheduling flexibility, it still requires commitment, accountability, and consistent follow-through. You’ll need to follow lead expectations, participate in trainings and meetings, and follow team guidance to improve your skills and conversion rates.
This program is a great fit if you’re:
Newly licensed or an existing agent seeking guidance, support, and opportunities to grow
Serious about real estate, but prefer more flexibility in your schedule than the Zillow Flex program allows
Willing to be coached, take feedback, and apply strategies that help you succeed

Tier 5 is ideal for an experienced agent who excels at working their sphere, consistently has more business than they can manage alone, and prefers to lead a small, tight-knit group. Access to our systems, tools, and resources is not included in this tier but can be added a la carte if desired. This program also includes a commission cap, so you keep more of your earnings after reaching that threshold each year.
While micro teams operate with independence, they still have access to our training and support. The rainmaker agent serves as the team lead for everyone under them—mentoring, managing, and setting expectations for their group. The rainmaker must align with our core values, ensuring the team operates with integrity, collaboration, and excellence. Any unlicensed staff is paid directly by the rainmaker, while all licensed agents are paid through the brokerage.

Experienced, with a proven track record of generating business from your sphere

Tier 6: “I Could Be a Broker”

Our Tier 8 Program is designed for elite solo agents who have the experience, production, and leadership skills to run their own brokerage—but choose to remain part of the CrossView Realty family. This tier recognizes agents who have reached the highest levels of personal production while staying aligned with our culture, values, and community.
To qualify, you must have closed over $9 million in sales in the last 12 months and been with CrossView Realty for at least two years, with at least one of those years served at Tier 3 or higher.
Tier 8 agents are fully self-sufficient, generating and managing their own business without needing leads, systems, or operational support from the brokerage—though optional access to our tools and resources can be added a la carte. This tier also includes a commission cap, allowing you to maximize your earnings after reaching the threshold each year.
This program is a great fit if you’re:
An elite solo agent with $9M+ in annual sales
Experienced in running every aspect of your real estate business independently
Loyal to the CrossView brand, preferring to remain part of our family rather than opening your own brokerage

Tier 3: Experienced Solo Agent

Our Tier 3 Program is designed for experienced solo agents who are serious about real estate and committed to growing their business while aligning with CrossView Realty’s core values. To qualify, you must have closed at least 8 homes in the past 24 months.
Tier 3 agents generally generate their own business but may occasionally receive company-provided leads if there’s an overflow beyond what Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents can handle. This tier also introduces a commission cap, which resets each year on your anniversary date—allowing you to keep more of your earnings once you hit that cap.
As a Tier 3 agent, you’ll have full access to all of the systems, tools, and resources we use—so you can focus on building your business without having to figure out the tech, processes, or platforms on your own. You’ll also benefit from ongoing training, coaching, team events, and meetings that keep you connected and supported.
This program is a great fit if you’re:
An experienced agent who has closed 8+ homes in the last 24 months
Self-motivated, with the ability to generate your own leads and maintain consistent business activity

This tier is the “micro team plus”, built for leaders who want to scale their operations, serve more clients, and expand their market reach while maintaining strong team culture and performance standards.
Like Tier 5, the primary focus of a medium team is leveraging the rainmaker’s database and leadership to drive business. These teams operate with a high degree of independence, but the rainmaker must ensure that all team members are aligned with our core values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
Access to our systems, tools, and resources is not included in this tier but can be added a la carte if desired. This program also includes a commission cap, so you keep more of your earnings after reaching that threshold each year. Medium teams still have access to brokerage-provided training and support, but the rainmaker is responsible for leadership, mentorship, and accountability within their team. Any unlicensed staff is paid directly by the rainmaker, while all licensed agents are paid through the brokerage.
