Our commission structure is thoughtfully designed to accommodate these varying needs and provide the necessary resources for every stage of an agent's career.

Tier 1: 50/50 Split with Leads

  • Tier 1 is designed for full-time agents who are relatively new to the real estate industry or the local area, seeking assistance in establishing their real estate foundation. Despite being the most significant split, it provides access to our highest-quality leads.

Tier 4: TEAMS - 80/20 Split with Cap

  • Tier 4 is crafted for teams seeking to leverage the training, support, and tools offered by the brokerage.

    • E-sign system & document storage

    • $20K for Team Leader

    • $6K per Associate

Tier 2: 60/40 Split Limited Leads

  • Tier 2 caters to part-time agents or those with fewer than 9 closings. After closing the 8th home, agents can transition to Tier 3. The advantage of Tier 2 also provides company marketing leads, aiding agents in building a solid foundation.

  • Tier 5 is tailored for teams with established systems and tools who wish to join the CrossView family while maintaining their existing infrastructure.

    • 90% for rentals, referrals, sales & listings until cap is reached

Tier 3: 80/20 Split with $23K Cap

  • Tier 3 is tailored for agents who have successfully closed more than 8 homes but do not require leads from the brokerage. These agents still seek and value the training, support, and tools provided by the brokerage.

Tier 6: Independent Agent (.002%)

  • Tier 6 is tailored for the solo agent with established systems and tools who wish to join the CrossView family while maintaining their existing infrastructure.

    • .002% of the closed price for sales & listings until cap is reached

    • 100% for sales & listings AFTER cap is reached

    • 100% of referrals from out of area minus $100 (due only until cap is reached)

    • 100% for any rental placement

    • 100% on current contracts with previous brokerage when they close
