CrossView continues to grow by gradually adding agents, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and support

Property management is separated into its own company: CrossView Property Management

Jennifer Hendry became the sole owner after buying out her business partner, Chris Hone

This year was focused on bringing clarity to the brokerage’s vision and purpose

A year of transformation and growth, featuring a new office, a redesigned logo, multiple system upgrades, and an expanded support staff
2023
This year, we updated the remaining systems at CrossView that hadn’t been upgraded in 2022. Additionally, we focused on aligning more closely with the brokerage’s mission and core values
2024
This year introduced some of the most significant changes in the real estate industry. We dedicated our time to training on the new contract implemented in July and adapting to the commission changes that took effect in August
2025
After the many changes in recent years, the focus for 2025 is to pause, let things settle, and evaluate areas for improvement or adjustment

With nearly two decades of real estate and investment experience, Jennifer has built two top-performing companies around a simple goal: to serve others through real estate while stewarding each client’s journey with wisdom and care.
Jennifer began her career in 2005 and became licensed in 2007. Since co-founding CrossView Realty in 2016, she has led the brokerage to over $462 million in closed volume and 250+ transactions annually, consistently ranking among the region’s top REALTORS®. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designations, and is a Ramsey Trusted professional, Zillow Premier Agent, and a Top 15 Agent in Jacksonville, according to FastExpert.
Her specialties include military relocation, luxury real estate, 55+ communities, first-time homebuyers, and second-home purchases. With hundreds of five-star reviews on Zillow (350+), Google (188+), and FastExpert (376+), Jennifer is known for her market expertise, genuine care, and personal attention.
Through CrossView Property Management, Jennifer and her team manage over 100 residential doors throughout Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties, including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and luxury rentals. She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), and her property management company has been recognized by Expertise.com and the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of the area’s best.
