More about Jennifer - CrossView’s Broker/Steward

You might be curious about the term “broker/steward.” Several influences have shaped Jennifer, with one notable source being the book “Leadership Not by the Book” by David Green and Bill High. David Green, the founder of Hobby Lobby, rejects the notion of ownership, asserting that everything belongs to God. Instead, he views himself as a “steward” entrusted with Hobby Lobby. Jennifer applies a similar perspective to CrossView; while she legally owns it, she sees the company as a divine trust and strives to steward it for God’s glory.

Jennifer’s real estate journey began in 2005 during her collage years at UNF, where she started as a front desk greeter at Pulte Homes’ Wolf Creek community. Graduating in December 2006, she joined Pulte full-time, passing her Florida Real Estate test in March 2007. She served as a Sales Counselor for the Summerfield community, later transitioning to a marketing coordinator role at Pulte, where she expanded her professional skills.

In 2013, Jennifer moved to Standard Pacific Homes, taking on the role of Online Sales Counselor and eventually becoming the Director of Marketing for the Northeast Florida Division. She played a key role in the merger of Standard Pacific Homes with Ryland Homes, forming CalAtlantic Homes.

After careful consideration and prayer, Jennifer left her Director of Marketing role in April 2016, venturing into general real estate. By August, she passed the Florida Brokers exam and, in September, co-founded CrossView Realty with Chris Hone. Rooted in faith, Jennifer’s leadership continues to evolve as she seeks to align with her values.

On a personal note, Jennifer is happily married with two lively children and has a passion for large jigsaw puzzles.
