  • At CrossView, our commission structure is tailored to your experience and career stage.

    • Tier 1: 50/50 split with full access to brokerage-provided leads—ideal for new or relocated full‑time agents.

    • Tier 2: 60/40 split with limited leads—for part‑time agents or those with under 9 closings in Florida; transitions to Tier 3 after closing 8 homes.

    • Tier 3: 80/20 split with a $23 K cap—designed for agents who have closed more than 8 homes and manage their own pipeline.

    • Team Tiers:

      • Tier 4 – 80/20 split with cap.

      • Tier 5 – 90/10 split with cap for established teams.

    • Tier 6 (for agents hitting $6M/year)—custom terms and referral percentages apply.

    We prioritize transparency so you always know what to expect—and we’re not the best fit if your only concern is the highest split.

  • Yes — we provide high-quality leads to agents in eligible tiers.
    Agents in Tier 1 (50/50 split) receive brokerage-provided leads from multiple sources, including:

    • Zillow Flex

    • Call-ins and sign calls

    • CrossView Realty website inquiries

    • Google PPC campaigns

    • Social media ads and organic engagement

    We supplement lead flow with proven training on how to convert effectively and build your own sustainable pipeline. For agents not in lead-distribution tiers, we offer full marketing support, templates, and strategies to help you generate leads through your own branding efforts.

  • Yes—if you’re committed and coachable. Tier 2 is designed for agents with up to 8 closings and provides moderate access to leads and training. While we’re best suited for growth-minded professionals, part‑time agents who engage consistently and apply the training will thrive

  • Every agent receives exposure to tech and marketing tools that actually help grow your business. This includes CRM access (Follow Up Boss), IDX and branded website support, DotLoop, Canva‑based templates for open houses, social posts, postcards, agent flyers, and more. In‑office marketing support helps you amplify your brand through CrossView’s channels.

  • Training at CrossView is hands‑on and frequent. You’ll find:

    • Ignite Your Business: our proprietary course focused on goal-setting and mindset.

    • Rush to 20: weekly coaching for new agents aiming for their first 20 closings.

    • Monthly Sales Meetings: updates on trends and strategies.

    • Specialized Training Classes: guest experts and peer-led sessions on social media, lending, financial planning, and more.
      New agent onboarding is personalized, not video-driven, and mentors are available regularly.
