What It Means to Be a Faith-Led Real Estate Brokerage in Northeast Florida

Can a real estate company be Christian?

No—and that’s an important distinction. A company can’t hold beliefs. But people do. And at CrossView Realty, our leadership is clear about the foundation that guides how we work, support others, and make decisions: it starts with faith.

Led by Faith, Guided by Integrity

As the broker of CrossView Realty, I don’t expect everyone who joins us to believe exactly as I do. But I think it’s only fair—and right—to be upfront about who I am and what you can expect here. My Christian faith is central to who I am, and it naturally shapes the way I lead this brokerage.

That means we aim to:

  • Treat everyone with dignity, kindness, and grace

  • Make decisions through a lens of integrity and stewardship

  • Support each other through challenges—not just professionally, but personally

  • Honor God in how we run our business and serve our community

We’re not perfect, but we are intentional. For us, being a real estate agent in Northeast Florida isn’t just a job. It’s our mission field.

Faith in Action (But Never Forced)

Here’s what that looks like in daily life at CrossView:

  • We often open team meetings with prayer. If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, that’s completely okay. You’re always welcome in the room, whether you bow your head or not.

  • We have a Prayer & Praise Board in the office. Agents can add requests, celebrate answered prayers, or simply read and be reminded they’re not alone.

  • If you’re having a tough day, don’t be surprised if I ask, “Are you okay? Can I pray for you?” It’s not a script—it’s just how I try to care for the people I work alongside.

And again—no one is ever required to share in these moments. What matters most is that you feel respected, supported, and seen, whether or not your beliefs match mine.

A Culture That Feels Like Family

Faith isn’t about pushing a label. It’s about how we show up for each other:

  • When agents succeed, we celebrate—loudly and joyfully.

  • When agents struggle, we circle up, listen, and offer real help.

  • When hard decisions have to be made, we do so with prayer and care.

This isn’t corporate culture. It’s community culture.

Whether you’re someone of deep faith, curious faith, or no faith at all—you’ll find that the core of CrossView is rooted in care, accountability, and truth spoken in love. And that creates an environment where people feel safe to be themselves and grow into who they’re meant to be.

Why This Matters in Real Estate

The Northeast Florida real estate market can feel impersonal, overwhelming, and even cutthroat. We’re trying to be different. Not just for the sake of being unique—but because we believe that doing business from a place of faith and character creates better results and stronger relationships.

We want our clients to feel the difference.

We want our agents to feel the difference.

We want our community to feel the difference.

A Final Word From the Heart

I’m not writing this to convert anyone or to make faith a recruiting strategy. I’m writing this because transparency matters. If you’re considering joining CrossView Realty, I want you to know exactly what we’re about and where our leadership comes from.

You won’t be required to believe like I do. But you’ll know that I lead with prayer, with purpose, and with a deep desire to honor God in how I serve my agents—and how we serve our community together.
