How Does CrossView Realty's Mentor Program Work?

We launched our mentor program in May 2026, pairing experienced agents with newer agents for their first 20 transactions. Mentors are matched with mentees by location and shared background, and each mentor takes on no more than two mentees at a time — a deliberate limit so mentoring never crowds out a mentor's own business.

We rolled this program out a few months ago, and I want to talk about it honestly — not as a polished announcement, but as a broker who's been watching it work in real time.
